he struggles immensely with his body after being laden with cybernetics.
he struggles with forgiving hanzo. notably, he goes back and forth between starting to him and resenting him.

he remains a bit of a showman, loving attention he gets from the showy things he does.

genji experiences phantom pains, much to his disdain.

not only is he exceptional with a sword, he is generally skilled with other blades such as daggers.
his first language is japanese, learning english from an extremely young age. he forgets english words periodically.
he doesn't drink, and will generally refuse the offer to drink. he can be swayed, however.
he still maintains his former playboy reputation to some extent, though he's mostly grown out of it.
genji views himself as a living weapon and killing machine.
